For Parent: This class is focused on enjoying and learning about story. There is dynamic grace, but your student is encouraged to read some every day. They might love the book, they might not. You are encouraged to ask about the book, maybe read along, get caught reading your own book…and mostly encourage reading!
What to prepare & bring to Scholé Monday Class:
Tales of Wonder
Grammar of Poetry
Writing tools: pen, pencil
Be prepared to discuss and bring if you can–you favorite story. It can be a picture book, short story, or novel. Why is it your favorite? What story has changed you? Why?

Look at the questions at the end of the stories, think of how you would answer them.
