This week’s focus: Chapter 6 Interrogative Pronouns
In preparation for Schole support class:
Review songs for terms to date and Interrogative pronouns
This lesson has Predicate nominatives
Sentences that are questions, have verbs moved to the front sometimes.
There are a few direct objects at the beginning of the sentence, be aware.
Sometimes the pronouns are Subjects, objects, or behave as adjectives
Reviewing the questions you ask as you analyze will help
Parents can read p 107 on their own first to get context. The big deal is the last sentence…”The interrogative pronouns are who, whose, whom, which, and what”.—they ask questions
Perhaps parents could be near and check the work carefully. I suggest checking after analysis, then diagram.
